Horizon Family Athletic Punch Pass
Family Punch Passes are now available!
Passes are $70 and include 24 entries to any home athletic event. These punches can be used for all members of your family.
Family passes can only be purchased at Horizon High School, and will not be available at the gate during home events. If you would like to purchase a pass, please go to Horizon between 8:00am- 3:30pm. You can purchase the athletic pass from the bookkeeper.

FIRST DAY OF SPRING SEASON - MONDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2026
ALL ATHLETES MUST BE REGISTERED PRIOR TO TRYOUTS and/or THE FIRST PRACTICE - THIS INCLUDES THE ATHLETIC FEE PAYMENT!
Physicals are valid one year from the date of exam. Starting in the 2025-2026 school year, the CHSAA approved Pre Participation Physical form is the only form that will be accepted.

2. Upload physical using the new CHSAA required forms in this link
- Pay the $185 District/HHS Athletic Fee for Spring on PayForIt.net. All sports fees will be listed under “optional fees”. For homeschool, charter or out of district athletes there is an additional fee of $92.50.
- If you are new to Horizon as a 10th, 11th or 12th grader and plan to participate in sports please contact the athletic office to begin the transfer process.
